The breakfast spread was great with a variety of juices and cheese, and the room was bright, new, and had a balcony, which was perfect for our needs.

The location in a side street is quiet. The house is pretty, small, nicely arranged and quite personally managed. The price/performance ratio is excellent. Very favorable for the area. The rooms and bathrooms are pleasantly large. The breakfast can be taken to the nice terrace.

Location- close to beach, shops, restaurants in Beaulieu. Nice walks to St Jean Cap Ferrat and Villefranche. Staff - friendly and helpful and contributed to our enjoyment of our stay. Would definitely recommend.
No dislikes at all but a suggestion to place tea/coffee making facilities in rooms.

The hotel was spacious. The meals were excellent.- I greatly enjoyed the particularly good location just off the local square and near the Port for drinks and restaurants.- The train station and fine dining options were easily accessible.- Well-furnished room with a nice bathroom.- I had a really nice stay.- Good service provided by the extremely polite staff.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and the room was quiet. The hotel was very pleasant for the price and the area. Free computer terminal with internet in the lounge (european keyboard). Good value for the area.
The air conditioning did not work. The wireless internet to the room was very poor. If you selected the room based on the description of the view (I didn't) you may be disappointed.

Convenient for access to the marina. The town is beter than Nice in every respect.
Warning. A "small" room really does mean "very small".

The hotel is well located for public transport and is a great base for visiting the Cote d'Azur. We found the staff to be very pleasant and attentive. We were in one of the small rooms at the back of the hotel. We stayed for two weeks and, although it was one of the smallest hotel rooms in which we have stayed, the size was not an issue for us. We had read reviews about noise from the railway line and the school next door bothering some previous guests but we didn't find noise from either to be an irritation. When at the pool, we found any noise from the railway to be occassional and, with other buildings being between the hotel and the line as well as most of the trains being electric, it was easily tolerable. Being in a room at the back of the hotel, which does not face the railway line, we didn't hear any noise from the railway at night. As for any noise from the school, perhaps because we stayed during July, we heard people playing sports only twice in two weeks and the noise was no louder than that from someone splashing in the pool. Overall, we found the hotel to be peaceful, clean and great value for money. We would definitely return.
